**** INSTALLATION *********
***************************

Put Themes in the theme folder, and xmb mods in the MODS folder. (included, and go in Themes & MODS folder at the root of your memory stick)

For Themes, folder structure is:

ms0:/Themes & MODS/Themes/**NAME OF THEME**/

So put themes in a folder (folder should be name of the theme).
Inside each theme folder, there MUST (even if there is nothing in them) be 5 folders (and 1 Preview Picture) named as follows:

1) resource
2) nodule
3) font
4) kd >> resource
 + Preview.jpg **(480x272 dimensions)

For XMB Mods, it's the same thing (exept the mods are organized into sub folders), but they go in the MODS folder. So, for mods the structure is, for example:

For xmb waves:

ms0:/Themes & MODS/MODS/system_plugin_bg/**NAME OF MOD (ex:blue ps3 waves)**/

1) system_plugin_bg.rco
2) Preview.jpg **(again, previews are 480x272)

ect, ect... For all the rest of your xmb mods (icons, volume bars ect...)

*** Other notes:

- audio previews for system_plugin.rco should be:
  *.mp3 format
*6 seconds or less in length
*MUST be installed to: "ms0:/PSP/GAME/XMBeditor/Applications/XMBeditor/click previews/ **folder name is name you want for click sounds**/clicks.mp3

- you may put "html.res" (browser click sounds) and/or "system_plugin.rco" in with your system_plugins xmb mods. XMBeditor will automatically scan the folfer, and flash either or both files.

- you may put visulaizer_plugin and/or visualizer_plugin.prx in "visulaizer_plugin" mods.
XMBeditor will search, and flash either or both.

**********************
*** OTHER NOTES ******
**********************

*** PLEASE BE SURE THAT ALL THEMES/MODS HAVE BEEN PROPERLY CONVERTED TO 3.80/3.90 M33 FORMAT, BEFORE INSTALLING THEM; OR YOUR PSP WILL SEMI BRICK !!!!!! ***

*** Please make sure that when you use XMBeditor for the first time, you do so with a clean firmware install (3.90 M33)
This is because, upon your first use of XMBeditor; the program will automatically create a recovery set up. (So as not to
illegally distribute $ONY's patented files) This will only occur, upon your first use of XMBeditor.

- XMBeditor must be installed to "ms0:/PSP/GAME/" or it will not work.

- It is suggested that this software is only used on official Magic Gate enabled memory sticks. "Fake"
memory sticks are well known to be unstable; especially when dealing with software that accesses the PSP's Flash Memory.
It is also suggested not to use Flashing Applications with Lexor Memory sticks. There have been reports of unstablity with those as well. UPDATE: Flashing apps have also shown unstablity on memory sticks larger than 4 GB...
